Tiles being broken up with a demolition hammer while the grinder and dust vacuum wait

Why not hire a jackhammer and do it yourself?

The tiles come up in shards, but the bedding and adhesive stay stuck to the slab, and that is what stops a new floor going down flat. A hired hammer also throws dust through the whole house.

We bring removal machinery with dust extraction attached, take the floor right back to the slab, and take the rubble away with us. Your tiler or floor layer can start on a clean surface.

Tile Removal questions

What areas of Adelaide do you cover?

Adelaide and the surrounding areas across South Australia, from the Adelaide Hills to the beachside suburbs. Put your suburb in the form and we will confirm.

Will tile removal make a mess of the house?

We use industrial dust extraction throughout the job to keep the site clean, safe and compliant, and we clean up as we go.

Do you remove the adhesive and screed as well?

Yes. We strip the tiles along with the leftover bedding, screed, mortar and adhesive, right down to a clean substrate.

Do you take the rubble away?

Yes. We collect, transport and dispose of all the tile and masonry waste as part of the job.

Can you lift slate and stone?

Yes. We remove all types of tiles, slate included, from small bathrooms to large commercial floors.

Can you grind the slab once the tiles are up?

Yes. Concrete grinding is one of our main services, so we can take the slab flat and ready for epoxy, polished concrete, screed or new floor coverings.

How do I get a quote?
